Join our email panel

If you would like to contribute to the national debate on fertility issues join our email panel and we will consult you on, broadly, a monthly basis on the issues under the public spotlight at the time. In most cases you will be able to respond in less than 1-2 minutes.

Your views will be completely confidential as will your email address.

You can join the panel by answering the following questions:-

Q1 If you were considering donating eggs or sperm to assist an infertile couple would you do so

1. Anonymously - giving only basic non-identifying physical and genetic information?

2. With full disclosure of your identity in the knowledge that you may, in the future, be contacted by a child or children resulting from your donation?

Q2 If you were the parent of a child born through assisted conception using donor gametes would you

1. Bring the child up as your own and never reveal its genetic origins?

2. Disclose that donor gametes were used?

3. Disclose that donor gametes were used and encourage the child (at 18) to investigate his or her genetic origins?

Q3 Research indicates that 90% of parents with children born as a result of assisted conception using donor gametes never tell them, preferring to bring them up as their natural children. These parents believe that this is their parental right - do you?

1. Agree

2. Disagree
